2. Description of Service

OnSpotBuy provides an Instagram DM automation and mobile checkout platform enabling sellers to connect their Meta Instagram Professional accounts, configure keyword auto-responses, and process payments via Razorpay India.

3. Merchant Responsibilities & Anti-Spam Policy

Merchants using OnSpotBuy agree to:

• Comply fully with Meta's Commercial Terms and Community Standards.
• Never use automated messaging triggers for unsolicited promotional spam.
• Accurately represent product availability, prices, and shipping timelines.
• Honor customer refunds and dispute resolutions in accordance with Indian e-commerce consumer protection regulations.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

OnSpotBuy offers subscription tiers including Starter Intro (₹299 introductory trial), Pro Scale (₹1,499/month), and Annual VIP (₹11,999/year). Merchants may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the Billing portal.

5. Limitation of Liability

OnSpotBuy is not responsible for outages caused by third-party APIs (including Meta Graph API or payment gateway downtimes). Under no circumstances shall OnSpotBuy be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
