OnSpotBuy ("we", "us", or "our"), operating via onspotbuy.com, provides an Instagram DM commerce SaaS platform enabling verified sellers and creators to automate product drops, accept payments via Razorpay, and fulfill customer orders. We strictly adhere to Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

2. Information We Collect

When you interact with OnSpotBuy as a seller or buyer, we collect:

• Seller Account Information: Name, business email, store name, and connected Instagram username.
• Meta Graph API Permissions: With explicit seller consent, we access instagram_basic and instagram_manage_messages solely to process customer-initiated DMs and dispatch automated checkout cards.
• Customer Checkout Data: Name, delivery address, phone number, and order items needed strictly for delivery and tracking.
• Payment Information: Handled securely by Razorpay India. We do not store credit card numbers or banking credentials on our servers.

3. Meta Platform Compliance & 24-Hour Window

OnSpotBuy strictly observes Meta's 24-hour messaging policy. Automated product cards are dispatched exclusively in response to user-initiated incoming messages or approved comment triggers. We never scrape private profiles or send unsolicited direct messages.

4. Data Deletion & User Rights

You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time. Sellers can disconnect their Instagram account directly from the Seller Hub. To request complete account and data removal, please email support@onspotbuy.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Requests are processed within 48 hours in compliance with Meta Developer Policies.
